Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@indianprincess.in to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return in your request. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
Sale Items
Please note that items marked as "sale products" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility
- We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process

Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at support@indianprincess.in to request an exchange authorization (EA) number. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange in your request.

Receive Authorization: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an EA number and instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.

Send Back the Item: Pack the item(s) securely and include the EA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and ship out the new item(s) promptly. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Exclusions
- Final sale items are not eligible for Refund unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
- We do not offer exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Additional Information
- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Exchanges for a different size, color, or style are subject to availability.
